The challenge was to manage large volumes of office workers and visitors without compromising convenience or safety, while ensuring smooth navigation especially in high-traffic zones such as lobbies and elevator areas during peak hours.

To achieve these objectives, South Beach Tower sought innovative partners capable of delivering intelligent access control and technology driven elevator systems that align with its vision for connectivity, efficiency, and premium user experience.
